國立清華大學學生會（National Tsinghua University Student Association），是全校性的學生自治組織，扮演學生和學校間的溝通橋樑，當學生與校方對校園的想像或看法出現落差，都歡迎來向學生會反映，我們將挺身而出與校方斡旋。學生會成員具有各級會議學生代表身分，能從學生立場發聲、爭取及保障學生的權益，努力維護學生的價值與權益。同時我們也會舉辦全校性活動，如社團博覽會、藝文活動與專題講座等，豐富清華學生的大學生活，讓多元的活動注入清大校園。總體來說，學生會是以學生為主體，傾聽不同聲音、接納多元的看法，由學生一起共創理想校園的單位。

Student Association is a school-wide student autonomous institution, which acts as a bridge between students and school authorities. Everyone is encouraged to give us feedback when there is a gap between your thoughts and the reality, and we will stand up for you to negotiate with the school authorities. In addition, we hold activities, such as club fairs, arts and cultural activities, and lectures, to enrich students’ school life. Student Association is a unit based on all students to create an ideal campus by listening to different voices and accepting diverse views.

學生會的組成 Departments in Student Association

學生會是一個公共性組織，實施立法、行政、司法等三權分立制，分別對應到學生議會、行政中心與學生法院，另設財政處和選舉委員會等兩個獨立機關。學生議會、行政中心與學生法院三者相互合作，致力於維護全體學生的權益。

The Student Association is a public organization. It includes three separate powers as follows – legislation, administration, and judiciary, corresponds to the Student Council, the Administrative Center, and the Student Court respectively. Furthermore, there are two other independent organs, the Financial Office, and the Election Commission. All departments work together to safeguard all students’ rights.

學生會的工作 Job description of Student Association

• 處理學生投訴：學生如有在學校遇到任何疑難雜症，舉凡選課制度、校園網路、校內交通、處分不公平等，都可以寫信至信箱或是直接連絡粉專，學生會將會盡快處理並回覆。
  Dealing with complaints: If you encounter any difficulties, such as the course selection system, campus network, campus transportation, unfair punishment, etc., please contact us through e-mail or social media. We will deal with it and reply as soon as possible.
• 舉辦學生活動：舉辦各類活動，讓學生們直接參與，同時提供活動補助，讓學生發起的計畫可以落實。
  Holding students’ activities: We hold various activities and provide activity subsidies so that students’ initiatives can be carried out.
• 出席各校級會議：學生會中各個學生代表，會出席決議校園大小政策的校級會議，將學生的聲音帶進會議中，維護學生的權益。
  Attending university assembly: Representatives of students will attend the meeting about deciding on-campus policy to speak out and safeguard the rights of all students.

如何參與學生自治？ How to participate in student autonomy? 

當我們不再對校園議題冷漠，能勇敢表達自己對於理想校園的想像，就可以促成多元的音聲相互交流，彼此尊重、包容、溝通後，彙整大家的期望，所規劃出的校園藍圖，才是全體學生共有的清華園。
除了投票、參選、加入學生會外，提出自己於校園中發現、遇到的問題，都是參與學生自治的一種方式。歡迎聯絡學生會，提出自己的問題或想法，我們會盡快與您討論或持續關注此議題；若有意願加入學生會，則可以關注學生會未來發布的招募表單。

Until we aren’t indifferent to campus issues and can bravely express our imagination of the campus, we can diversify thoughts of every student. The blueprints we planned will be the ideal university shared by all students with mutual respect, accommodation, and communication, as we gather everyone’s expectations.
In addition to voting, running for election, and joining the student council, pointing out questions about what you have encountered is also a way to participate in student autonomy.
